To minimize bruising, avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for at least a week before the treatment. Refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment.

During the dermal filler procedure, the area is cleaned, and a topical anesthetic may be applied to reduce discomfort. The practitioner then injects the filler into the targeted areas using a fine needle. The process usually takes 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of areas treated.
After the treatment, you might experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising, which typically subsides within a few days. Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun exposure, and alcohol for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
